Veterans ▾

You must hold an active license you’ve practiced under, with no disciplinary action. You must also provide proof of an honorable discharge, or a letter from your commanding officer confirming an upcoming honorable discharge.

Active Duty ▾

You must have active-duty orders moving you to Florida and an active license with no disciplinary action.

Military Spouses ▾

You must hold an active license with no disciplinary action and provide active-duty PCS orders or current orders for Florida. Unlike the other pathways, your orders must specifically be in Florida.

Spouses of Veterans ▾

You must hold an active license you’ve practiced under, with no disciplinary action. You must also provide proof of marriage and proof of the sponsor’s honorable discharge, or a letter from the sponsor’s commanding officer confirming an upcoming honorable discharge.

**“Disciplinary action”** refers to any disciplinary action prior to your application date.
