We believe military families deserve careers without boundaries.
Aspire builds and operates the infrastructure that makes military license portability work across state lines.
We connect military families with state agencies.
Aspire operates an interstate license portability platform. Military spouses, veterans, and servicemembers submit credentials through a single portal and track progress in real time. The system connects to state licensing agencies, national compacts, and credential verification services to confirm existing licenses and speed approvals.
Purpose-built for state government operations.
Every capability is designed for the procurement cycles, compliance frameworks, and operational realities of licensing boards.
Licensing boards receive workflows designed for compliance and speed. The platform catalogs recognition statutes nationwide, integrates with existing systems, and eliminates manual data entry. Agencies process more applications with less staff.
Real-time dashboards show application volume, processing times, and outcomes. Governors’ offices and legislative staff receive auditable metrics that demonstrate program performance and accountability to military families.
The platform runs on Google Cloud Platform with encryption, continuous backups, and SOC 2, HIPAA, and FERPA-aligned controls. It maintains 99.99% uptime and undergoes regular third-party audits and penetration testing.
The platform supports additional licensing boards, credential types, and reciprocity workflows without custom development. States scale adoption across more boards and professions as programs grow.
Aspire manages procurement support, board onboarding, system integrations, user testing, and ongoing platform operations. States launch programs in weeks and maintain them without dedicated IT resources.
Aspire’s team brings licensing boards, agencies, and stakeholders together to align on statutory requirements and operationalize license portability, reducing time to launch and compliance risk.
Aspire’s founders have built and operated GovTech platforms supporting state licensing, credentialing, workforce, and emergency response programs across multiple states.
Leaders with government experience
Before Aspire, the team secured partnerships with Microsoft, Sprint, and Nokia, led companies acquired by Bombardier, and held senior roles at Deloitte. They supported national political leaders and built enterprise platforms used by more than seventy Fortune 100 companies. The team understands procurement cycles, legislative dynamics, compliance frameworks, and the operational realities of state agencies.
Mission-critical portability infrastructure
Aspire exists to remove unnecessary barriers between military families and work. We build and operate the infrastructure that makes professional licensing portable across state lines. Our systems help states implement reciprocity laws as written, preserve statutory authority, and give families the clarity and confidence they need to continue their careers.
Operational partners states can rely on
Aspire works directly with states, licensing boards, and program leaders to bring decision-makers together, align requirements, and launch programs faster. We support program design, board coordination, system integration, and ongoing operations so states can move from mandate to execution without adding staff or disrupting existing workflows.
